Good afternoon it was a pleasure speaking with you today. I completed part of your premium plus pest control quarterly service. mr. reported that the mice are still scarring across, but not as much and the ants are gone. I inspected the interior rodent stations one had minor activity at best. I replaced the bait with a different bait in all of the interior stations. I placed seven snap traps while I was doing this. I saw a nice peering out at me from the insulation in the back of the basement. The basement was flooded so I jiggled the sump pump in the basement and it sucked down all the water. I inspected the termite monitors on the exterior. They had no signs of termites. I maintained the exterior rodent station. It had minimal activity at this time. I will schedule a follow up to spray for general insect at as soon as possible due to the inclement weather. At that time, we can still come in and check the rodent stations and traps again or if you would like a two week follow up please
Hello! Today I was here for your Initial pest service. First I placed 3 MBS throughout the detached garage to monitor and eliminate rodent activity. Then I placed 8 snap traps along the sill of the garage. Next I lightly applied an aerosol to the windows inside of the detached garage to help kill the flys at the moment. Next I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and ant issues were noticed during today's service but I applied gel bait in all areas to help eliminate them. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, garage, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Next I placed an exterior RBS around the detached garage to monitor and eliminate rodent activity. Hello! Today I was here for your Termite install service. First I performed a visual inspection of the interior and exterior of the property for Termites and no signs of termite activity was found around the exterior or interior during today’s visit. I noticed that there was old termite stations around the home telling the story that there was treatment in the home’s history. I treated the kitchen and the basement with a liquid residual along with gel bait for the ants. The ants may come out and masses at first and should go away almost overnight. A week later, you will have a small reemergenceand at two weeks you should have nothing. If you have any answers at two weeks, please call the office for another service call. I placed rodent stations in the basement on the foundation seal and on the floor. These will kill and control rodent activity. I placed termite monitors at the corners of the home.
